There’s a brief video with new Elden Ring footage that includes about 15 minutes of gameplay. We got a detailed insight and clarity into some of the game’s mechanics and features in this video. We also got a peek at the game’s first legacy dungeon, how the map system and rapid travel operate, open-world exploring, and a short answer on whether or not the legendary Moonlight Greatsword would emerge.

Since that first trailer, a lot of mysteries have been solved, and you can bet that From Software will keep all the major revelations under wraps until the game’s release. We wouldn’t have it any other way; the trip through From Software’s epic action RPGs should never be ruined. A brief glance at some top-level mechanisms and features, on the other hand, is something that can’t harm to have before heading into battle. We break down items that have already been seen – in a whole new light – in this video segment.

Elden Ring combines elements from all previous Souls games, as well as Bloodborne and Sekiro, to create something unique set in a vast open environment. To not stray too far from the game’s foundations, basic dungeon exploring is still very much a part of the experience, with a large area to wander beyond the looping levels. With a retinue of summonable spirits and your devoted spirit steed, you can explore with up to two other players.
