Last year, on January 24, 2020, Cateia Games launched Paranormal Hotel, a game in the Brightstone Mysteries series that is filled with hidden mysteries, puzzles, and a thrilling adventure that the audience desires.
New York City is a city in the United States. Bridget Brightstone has traveled to France to investigate the disappearance of the necklace in a haunted castle-turned-hotel. Her inquiry, however, is going to reveal far more than she bargained for.
When the robbery victim dies unexpectedly, she must seek out the perpetrator using clues left by ghosts. As detective Brightstone investigates the spooky castle, she comes face to face with the famous King Arthur, Queen Cleopatra, and Mark Antony, as well as an immortal Egyptian cult.
We can’t claim it’s a high-rated game because the graphics aren’t as good as Big Fish or Elephant LLC’s, and some scenes are hazy at times. Also, the game isn’t horrible; if you’re interested in the tale, you should definitely go for it; we found the story to be engaging, although it seemed a little short for the price. The gameplay was also good, and yet this game has a lot of options or actions to take. There are three in-game modes: Casual, Adventure, and Challenging; but, unlike other games, there is no Custom mode. If you get stuck, you can use hints or the game may sometimes give you an alternate way of solving a problem. This will not always be right, but it will help you figure out what to do at that moment. We had a decent time with this game, and we hope that the developers will put more effort into their forthcoming games and create a top-notch product.
